Mr Abdirahman Mohamoud Hassan ‘Frabadne ‘ has a B.Sc. Hons in Maritime Studies from Liverpool John Moores University and an MSc Coastal and Marine Resources Management from Ulster University. He is a Senior Consultant in Maritime affairs and Marine Resources. His current research interest is the strategic use of the Sea and Maritime security. He is experienced a qualified with Prince 2 project management.

He has broad experience in Maritime Law, Maritime Operations and Maritime management. Also, Fisheries management and protection of Marine Environment. Abdi has additional excellent experience in project management for voluntary sector in UK and abroad which enabled him to develop a broad range of experience in social development projects.

He worked in UK over 15 years in maritime sector and social development projects. Also, worked with UN agencies in Nairobi as Consultant such as FAO Somalia and IOM agency. He also has broad experience working with private sector, voluntary sector and government agencies in East Africa.

Abdi joined Peaceful Planet Human Rights Education 2022 because he wants to contribute to peace building in Somalia in order for the Somali people to have stable lifestyle and prosperity.
