All of the material featured on www.peacefulplanet.org and in the Know Your Human Rights online course is copyrighted by us or by third party providers with their agreement and no part may be duplicated, copied, photocopied or reproduced in any form, or by any means, without prior permission in writing from Peaceful Planet Human Rights Education which has created the Know Your Human Rights online course. If you want to ask permission to do so, please contact us at duncan@peacefulplanet.org. The exception is that properly enrolled students my retain course content on their own computer for their own offline use.
Payment and course access
The Know Your Human Rights course should take 8 to 10 hours to complete.
Once your payment has been processed and approved via Stripe or PayPal, you will be sent an automated receipt and will have instant life-time access to your online training course. However, under no circumstances may any registered user share or distribute their user IDs or passwords to third parties except a specified under the terms of the Peaceful. Any breach of these terms could result in the immediate suspension of the account.
You agree that any information you provide to us about yourself upon registration or at any other time will be true, accurate, up to date and complete. We reserve the right to terminate your registered online training account and access to our e-learning if we learn that you have provided false or misleading information. And we have the absolute discretion to cancel your username/password at any time if we suspect it is being used by an unauthorised person.
Under no circumstances whatsoever shall members distribute the courseware contained within this site. Each course is individually licensed and any member found in breach of this term shall have their account suspended immediately.
Cancellations and refunds
If you wish to cancel your enrolment you may do so within 7 days, so long as the course has not been accessed or started. Refunds are given at the discretion of Peaceful Planet Human Rights Education and must be requested in writing within 7 days of purchasing the course.
Refunds will not be considered for technical difficulties that are outside our control, such as slow bandwidth performance. Our online courses are designed to be accessed using a broadband connection, but we have no control over the devices upon which the course is being viewed nor internet bandwidths which can affect performance causing brief delays in the downloading and display of film clips or HTML pages.
Certificates
A Course completion certificate is automatically generated when you complete the course. The last step on the course is to complete the Course Completion Survey and Feedback form. The Pre-course survey and the Final survey are provided by Google Forms.
