No slavery, forced labour or bonded labour
No‐one shall be held in slavery or servitude. This includes all forms of trafficking (modern day slavery) and similar exploitation.
No torture, abuse or cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment
No‐one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. This includes physical, mental, psychological, sexual, medical and other forms of abuse.
